Notary
Our Notary Public Services are expected to commence in October 2026

A Notary Public is a senior legal practitioner appointed by the Supreme Court to witness, certify, and authenticate documents for use outside Australia. A notary’s seal and signature carry international authority, allowing foreign governments, courts, and institutions to rely on the documents they notarise.
What a Notary Public Can Help With
-
Witnessing signatures on documents intended for overseas use
-
Certifying true copies of original documents
-
Preparing and notarising certificates of identity
-
Authenticating academic, personal, or corporate records
-
Administering oaths and taking affidavits for foreign jurisdictions
-
Assisting with Apostille and Legalisation processes through DFAT

*Notary Public fees in NSW are gazetted, and the schedule is published in the official gazette.

How we help you
PLAIN ENGLISH, ALWAYS
We leave the legalese and Latin to others. We use clear, direct language and cut out unnecessary jargon. You're here for solutions not show offs.
COMMERCIAL, ALWAYS
We know you’re running a budget, and we’re a small business running one too. We focus on practical, commercial outcomes — a legal matter should not cost more than it’s worth, and we won’t treat your file like a blank cheque.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS, NOT FLUFF
If there are risks, we’ll tell you. If there’s a simpler path, we’ll tell you that too. No needless rabbit holes or “just one more letter” strategies.
RIGHT FIT, NOT EGO
If there's someone better placed for the job, we'll let you know. We only take on work where we can genuinely add value. We have trusted referral partners who are experts, and we're happy to refer you at no cost.
REAL PEOPLE, REAL COLLABORATION
We’re not here to outshine anyone. We bring our knowledge, experience, and skill to your situation, and we work alongside you — and your accountant where necessary — never over you.
LOWER OVERHEADS, LOWER LEGAL BILLS
No harbour‑view offices or unnecessary extras. You’re paying for knowledge, strategy, and skill — not the furniture.
